What shampoo is best for my dry hair , treseme?Elvive?
well i dont know about Treseme because i have never used it but i love the John Frieda collection is pretty awsome and i also like pante pro v is good too. the John Frieda frizze ease has a shampoo thats called straight ahead it helps the hair straighten out and eases the frizz at the same time and adds moisture to your hair so it will not dry out. i absolutely love John Frieda. also use their color shampoo to bring out the hair color of my hair. my hair is red and i use radiant red and frizz ease curl around shampoo. check out the web site below

Well most companies have different types of shampoos. For instance, for dry hair, for oily hair, frizzy, split ends, etc. I would just use one that is best for your problem. The shampoos i am about to list are honestly EQUALLY as good. So, which ever one gives you most for your money, or whichever you trust:
Pantene Restoratives
Sunsilk
Nexus
TiGi
Bio Silk
Biolage
Thermasilk

Aussie moist is good stuff, and fairly cheap too. I have also used the Panteen Ice Shine, and it made it easier for me to straighten my hair, and kept it nice and moisturized.

Pantene makes some good shampoos for dry frizzy hair but it wont cure your hair, the only way to make it soft, silky, and thin is to use a good flat iron and a heat protector like ION Flat Iron Spray. Make sure you do a good conditioning treatment once a week. I know that ironing your hair is damaging but it makes your hair look the way you want it to, so I say flat iron it. That's what I do.

Is your hair naturally curly? I'm asking because if you're straightening curly hair, it will damage it every time (of course using the straight iron will damage any type of hair, but especially curly). I have gotten away from using things I can buy at a store. I have naturally curly hair and I straighten it most of the time. I have found that buying products at a hair salon have helped A LOT! Of course I trust these girls I go to because I've been going there a while. I use Bed Head products and they work very well; puts the moisture back VERY well. Since I'm blonde, I use "Dumb Blonde"... lol! :) But it's AWESOME!
If you tell them you can't afford anything expensive, they have their products on sale alot of the time and sometimes have smaller, sample versions to try too. I bought some of the product I use back in January and I've STILL got plenty to go!
I hope this helps... and GOOD LUCK! I hate dry hair too!
