When I blow dry, I know I'm damaging my hair, but when I let it air dry, I tend to get headaches for some reason. Any advice?
How do you dry your hair?
I use a towel a rub parts of my hair in between two end of the towel. It doesn't dry it completely, but it makes it so it's not dripping all over the place, and if you do it enough, you can't really tell it's wet.
