They dont have to be the same brand...cause thats kind of boring and lame...i think...but what is the best for dry and damaged hair? I wash my hair and lots of it falls out...and then when i brush it afterwards when its dry, it breaks at various lengths...help!

Hey Ana! My hair gets pretty dry and I have weird partly wavy hair, so I switch from month to month from Infusium 23 for extreme moisture, then to Pantene Pro-V Daily moisture. The Infusium cleans you hair from bad products and toxins and the Pantene gives it a boost again. I'm too cheap for the salon stuff, but all of the other on the shelf stuff drys my hair out more.

OK I know high end stuff is going to be great for ur hair, but as a real person who probably has a tiny budget like the rest of us, go with some Dove moisture therapy shampoo and conditioner combo... i know u think its laaaame, but it'll really work, and they have a leave in conditioner too you can look at. I love it! But i have also tried ion intensive therapy treatment which you can find at ur local Sally Beauty Supply, or any other deep conditioners they may have..check the link holmes.
