How can you do a doobie wrap on dry hair.?

I just got my hair streaked with a semi permanant. So I got a wrap and I really wanted a doobie wrap but I had to pay extra. So how can I do a doobie wrap on dry hair so I won't take my hair color out? Or do it with wetting the center with a spray bottle?

You can't doobie wrap dry hair. You will have to wet it first. i usually do it after I shampoo %26amp; condition my hair

Roller set your hair. (wet set) plastic rollers with the vented barrel is needed.

Dry under a hooded dryer or you can use a blow dryer but it takes longer.

Take out rollers.

Then comb or brush your hair in a wrap. Smoothing your hair as your go around.

Leave wrapped hair in for a 3 to 4 hours

Then unwrap it.

Loose curls.

To do the roller wrap set, also know as the doobie, you will need to roller set your hair, dry it under a hooded dryer, take the rollers out, then comb/brush your hair around in a wrap). Leave it wrapped for a while and when you comb it down, you will have big loose wavy curls with lots of body.

Well my fiance` is black so let me tell you what she does. She parts her hair like she going to put it in four ponytails two in front and two in back. Then she takes then she takes the front two and brush the forward and takes the back two and brush them backwards thus leaving a horizontal part from ear to ear. Then she takes the back and brushes the whole thing to the left until it reaches the front then she take the whole front and brushes it to til it reaches the back and continues brushing around in a circle til' is completely "wrapped" I believe the term is. NO WATER but she does use oil sheen or Extra Virgin Olive Oil that she has put in a spray bottle.
