What is a good natural deep conditioner for long, damaged and dry hair?

I have hip-length, thick, dark hair and the ends are particularly dry and damaged. What is a good natural (preferably consisting of things most people would find in their pantry/fridge) deep conditioner that I could use, and how would I use it?

if you want to use a good conditioner you can use white yugurt with lemon.after polishing this on your hair as oil, wait for 30minutes.then wash it up.or you can use mehedi (heena)with lemon.both are effectable.goodluck.

Eggs and apple cider vinegar. Use the ACV to rinse hair first and then apply the egg mixture. I dont want to make this to lengthy but if you want more info Google ACV + hair.
