I swear by aussie "moist" products. They are relatively inexpensive at you can find them at your local walmart. Its for extremely dry hair and has deeeep conditioning written on the bottle. i have naturally course hair but you would never tell it. I use aussie's 3 minute miracle conditioner EVERYDAY. the bottle says three times a week- but i use it more. ALSO, they have a hair lotion thats leave it, its wonderful! when i use it you can't even tell i use a blow dryer or straightener. Its probably the closest to a masque you will find. It leaves hair silky.

another great thing is hair cholesterol. You can find it in the section where the african american hair products are. This is pure cholesterol. It comes in a tub like container. Use it just like conditioner a few times a week or more. I once fried my hair with a home blonding kit- this saved it!!

I have a good friend who is a stylist and she has said oils and masque are a waste of time. A good conditioner is absolute key.

ALSO if you straighten your hair- be sure to use a spray or lotion that you can find at walmart thats to be put on PRE-straightening. Follow it with a bit of shine serum to give extra sleekness..

this might sound weird but it really works... mix 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of honey and one tablespoon of milk (preferably whole milk) together, rub it into your hair and scalp, put a showercap on and let it sit for 30 minutes. then wash it out. make sure you use shampoo and VERY IMPORTANT---%26gt; don't use cold water. the cold water will make the honey harden and it will be hard to get out but if you use warm or hot water it'll come out real easily. i use this method on my hair and it makes it really silky plus it's a lot less expensive then going out any buying something in a store.

i used to bleach my hair so it was VERY dry and damaged. Redken has this stuff called deep fuel, its a treatment you put in like every 7 shampoos and leave in for 15 min.

It REALLY worked wonders on my hair! Its def. worth a try on yours too :D
