Short dry hair?

about 2 month ago I cut my hair really short it currently about this length : http://z.about.com/d/beauty/1/0/q/H/shor...

but its really coarse, dry, and its kind of getting wavy curly and I was wondering if anyone knows how to get it to look soft, and straight?

well you need a good straightern that's were sure 1 inch and a good shampoo set that gives your hair mositure i use tresemme moisture rich love love this shampoo and or redken all soft is good and redken smooth down and i just bought aussie 3 min mirrlcae treatmeant cause i use tons of hairspray and i tease my hair alot so i was told to get this if you have dry or damage hair and i did have dry hair but i got it cause i use hairspray in my hair so check it out

Heat up coconut oil %26amp; put it on the ends of your hair %26amp; massage it into your scalp.

Put a showercap over it %26amp; sleep with it.

Shampoo %26amp; condition the next mornimg.

Do this two times a week %26amp; your hair will be

soft,shiny,strong, %26amp; healthy.
