I use mayo on mine sometimes, but its not really that great of a experience lol! I hate the smell of mayonaise, olive oil would probably work good

warm up some olive oil in the micro, not too hot, get an old towel, put the olive oil in your hair and wrap hair in the towel for 20 mins. then wash hair as usual. also beer works, rinse your hair with it and then wash as usual. And if you really want to be messy but it works great, raw eggs and beer mixed, put on hair, wrap in old towel for 20 mins. rinse in cool water or eggs will cook in your hair (yucck!). and believe it or not, mayonnaise works great too, as it is eggs and oil. same method, put on hair, wrap in towel, let it sit for 20 mins., wash afterwards.

olive oil... get some good extra virgin olive oil. i know this sounds disgusting but it works for the shine part. what you do is wash your hair with shampoo only dont use conditioner, before that put a towel in the dryer to make it a little hot. after you rinse the shampoo towel dry it just a little to remove all the dripping water. then put a good amount of olive oil on your hair and cover your hair with the hot towel and leave on for 15 minutes. it will take time to take it off (shampoo once and then condition it). some people like to keep the olive oil in for the entire night but i hear thats bad coz too much olive oil too many times might cause hair loss (little bit) so only do this once a month

Here's my secret.

1. drown your hair with olive oil or corn oil

2. Place a cap or plastic bag on your head for an hour

3. Rinse your hair with only water ( no shampoo)

4. air dry

then you will have silky hair like me
