The best straighteners have got to be GHD's. They sell for about 鎷?10 but i bought mine from E-Bay and they cost me 鎷?0. There are loads of products on the market. I especially like Toni %26amp; Guy. They stock a range of all the products, shampoo, conditioner and straightening balms. They work really well. Pantene works really well for me aswell. I think it is a case of trying different ones out and see for youself what ones are best.

The prices range from 鎷?.99 - 鎷?.99. I find them really worth the money. You can get them from Boots the Chemist.

GHD are brilliant but it really depends on how curly your hair is. you could always have your hair chemically straightened but if its already dry the hair dressers may not recommend it. My straighteners are Remmington and i fing them really good on my hair. good price if you dont want to pay out for GHDs, which can get a bit pricey

I was exactly the same as you but i saved for ages and got a pair of mark 3 GHDs and ever since my hair is sooo much better it locks in the moisture.

For an extra kick try using a hair mask (boots and superdrugs have loads) and it rehydrates hair really well

mine are babbylis pro 230 which are really good cost me 鎷?0 from boots. they are worth it and really good (come with a 5 year gurrantee any way ). the hot temperature is good for getting rid of curls as i have curly frizzy hair and it works well on mine , but it does have 10 differetn heat settings any way . but if your hairs dry use a weekly hair mousturiser to make it less so and be sure to use a heat protection spray x

I use Ghd hair straightners but before and after using them I use treseme heat defence. It stops your hair drying out.

Ghds, I have the worst kind of frizzy, afro curl you can imagine, it goes curly under an umbrella! Seriously, the only straighteners which leave my hair straight for days are Ghds. For the dryness, try head %26amp; shoulders smooth and sleek shampoo %26amp; conditioner, it leaves my hair so soft and I straighten mine everyday!

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.
