The super skinny shampoo and conditioner works great but i have to flat iron my hair and blow dry it, will that kill the results? I need straight hair so?
Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Hair Stuff, with flat iron and blow dry?
Use their Skinny serum before you flat iron. It leaves the hair smooth as glass.

Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Hair Stuff, with flat iron and blow dry?
My daughter has VERY thick, wavy hair, but she likes to wear it poker-straight sometimes.
She uses the Super Skinny shampoo and conditioner before she blow-dries and flat-irons, and she gets good results with it. The conditioner, especially.
She says that it's much easier to get it smooth after the Paul Mitchell stuff than with just a regular shampoo and conditioner, and it doesn't take as long to straighten it. I know that when she does it, her hair looks very sleek and soft.
Another product I know of that helps with straightening is Rusk "Str8" ... it's one of those leave-in lotions. You apply it after shampoo and conditioner (just a little bit!) and work it through before you blow-dry.
I don't straighten my own hair (mine is wavy too, but I can get it the way I want it with just my hands and a brush) but I've used Paul Mitchell products for years and years. I've tried more expensive products, but PM always worked best for me.

The best thing about Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny line is it forces water out of the hair while blow drying which makes the hair dry faster and straighter. I would highly recommend using, in addition to the shampoo and conditioner, Super Skinny Serum before you blow dry. That will help get your hair smoother while you blow dry and help resist humidity. A flat iron is great to use to finish off the look and will not kill the results. If anything, it will make it even better. I highly recommend using a thermal protector on dry hair while flat ironing. This will help protect your hair from heat damage.
