Go to the beauty supply store and get a VO5 hot oil hair treatment. It is a small tube. Place it in some very hot water and let it heat up. What I do is let it heat up while i wash my hair. Once washed and conditioned put the hot oil treatment in and place a shower cap on you head for about 15-20 minutes. Rinse and see the difference.
