Redken Extream is the bom girl! and for shine get arosci shine spray killer stuff! and they both smell Fantastic stay away from pantene prell pert head and shoulders as they have a high er ph in them and can dry hair out !

Redken Clear Moisture shampoo and conditioner, or Redken All Soft. If you cant get these products I would say the Pantene shine. There are also Serums to put in your hair that add great shine, the best is Silk Therapy. It is a little expensive but well worth it. There is also a spray that adds shine works great and doesnt way your hair down.

DON"T USE HERBAL ESSENCES! it strips your hair of all moisture. I use this stuff from Suave. Its called daily moisture and the bottle's white. I went from hai that was completely fried from coloring to stuff taht I could curl, straighten, and actually play with. Its really cheap and helps a lot. There's also the VO5 stuff that if you look on the back there's a panel of what the iingredients do. Get the one with cucumber and melon. It works great.

My mom uses this stuff called ION and its a cream that you leave in for ten minutes and rinse it out. she loves it. I've used it once and it made my hair a little oily but I don't ahve really dry hair eiher.

Well I suggest just Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner of any brand. Because there is only about 3 ingrediants that really make up Shampoo so really it doesn't matter what brand.

Whatever you do ..do NOT use pantene my friend uses it to mop her shops floors b/c it makes it shine. it only coats the hair it doesnt moisturize..if you go to wal mart or target i would suggest tresemme that is if you do not want to spend much. If you were to go to a salon i would get biosilk. however alot of ppl love biolage. w/e works best for your hair. just try to stay away from non-salon shampoos.

you should try Aussie Moist, Aussie Sun-touched Shine, or Aussie Sydney SMooth. they work really well and it makes your hair really smooth! the first time i used it it already like made my hair shiny and silky! it also hydrates your hair and fixes broken ends.

Use a moisturizing shampoo condtioner and leave in creme. I reccomened Neutrogena Triple Moisture, shampoo conditioner and deep recovery hair mask. It nourishes and

revitalizes dry dull damaged hair to softer shinier healthier hair everytime you wash it, it might cost alot but it's worth it;

If you dye your hair alot, leave your hair alone and wait to dye it atleast 3 years later or so. Hair dye has terrible chemicals that kill dry/damage your hair.

Brush your hair before shampooing and conditioner so your hair won't be tangeled and managable.

Comb your hair about 20 times each side so your natural oils can fall into the rest of your hair for natural shine

Don't wash your hair everyday try 3 times a week, Washing hair everyday strips the natural oils of your hair into duller dry hair.

Discontinue to heat style your hair or your hair will end up more dry/damaged, wait till it's completely healthy and maybe heat style once a week.

Avoid combing hair while wet, gently use a wide tooth comb, hair is very vulnerable while wet and can break off easily.

Don't put your hair into pigtails, buns or ponytails while wet, that causes split ends, breakage and damage.

Deep condition twice a week to bring back moisture to your hair.

Trim your hair tips every 4-6 weeks to promote healthy hair grow and prevent split ends from happening.

While shampooing massage your scalp with your fingertips slowly, not with your nails, nails damage the scalp and nails tend to be dirty. it's not necessary to shampoo the ends, then rinse with warm water to open the hair cuticles.

Drink lots of water for shinier/healthier hair and eat lots of protein and healthy food like meat, milk, cheese, peanut butter, eggs pasta, cooked beans and raw vegetables.

If your in the sun alot buy a cap or a hoodie to protect your hair from the sun, heat damages and drys out your hair.

Buy a leave-in-conditioner/leave-in conditioner/creme to moisturize your hair all day long and don't rinse.

After your out of the shower set your blowdryer on cool setting and blowdryer your hair for 2 minutes, this will help seal the hair cuticles for a smooth shiny surface.

While combing hair, comb it gentle to avoid breakage.
