i have very dry hair and i try 2 condition it as much as possible. @ least 3 times a week. is that bad 4 ur hair? i try 2 brush it also but it still keeps on getting dry. what do i do? i need help.

Ok,first things first. Could you accidently be over-shampooing your hair? You should only shampoo and condition your hair every 2-3 days and deep condition once a week.

If you shampoo and condition your hair every day your stripping your hair of natural oils that are needed for healthy and moisturized hair.

Second, Drink LOTS of water! It helped my used to be dry hair tonswhen I changed from 1 cup a day, to about 8!

What type of shampoo do you use? John Frieda moisturizing shampoo is a very good shampoo for moisturizing.

Ok,I hoped I helped you out,also, make sure you get a trim every 4-6 weeks.Split ends will dry out your hair if you have to many!

I have dry hair too. The best thing that works is leaving some conditioner on your hair without rinsing it all out. Don't leave too much in because then your hair will be sticky. If you overwash your hair, that contributes to a lot of the dryness. If the conditioner doesn't help, I suggest going to a beauty shop and getting some sort of "shine leave in product." That usually helps a lot.

It really depends on the product your washing your hair with. Try something like Sunsilk or Pantene Pro V, or like some product that will make your hair silky. I use tresame and it works for me. Whatever you think will work. If one product doesn't work then try another one. You have to test with your hair to see what is perfect for your hair then you'll have great hair and you wont have to worry about it. = ]

I use 1/2 an avacado 1/2 a banana and 1/8 tsp coconut oil once a week but since you have dry hair 2x should be plenty. Leave it in for up to and hour but no less than 15 min with a shower cap on.
