If I blow dry my hair, it has less frizz, it tends to be straighter and easier to style. When I let it dry by itself it gets wavy and messy looking. However, blow drying is also damaging to the hair. It causes split ends and damage from the heat.

You can control how your hair lay's when you blow dry it, but blow drying day after day can cause a lot of damage so I like to alternate.

blow drying can get rid of natural shine. but letting it dry by itself doest give as much volume.

your hair is at its most weakest state when it is wet... it's actually better for you to let your hair air dry and then if you want to use the blow dryer which is only a faster way of drying .... but more damaging... use the dryer... the dryer is hot air ... that's the difference...
